Click your desired pass on the website to buy online, you will automatically be directed for the best available price. Advance prices are significantly cheaper than our final gate prices. In previous years the Jazz Festival does sell out in advance, so claim yours soon to avoid disappointment.

You can pick up your Pass any point during the Festival from the Festival HQ at The Piano Bar Soho, just by Soho Square. All-Access Pass holders require their purchase ticket email and a valid photo ID to pickup.

Unless stated otherwise on the ticket, all tickets, shows, and all-access passes are strictly for those over 18. Under 18s are not permitted, even if accompanied by an adult. All venues operate under Challenge 25 and may have additional door policies and dress codes. The festival is not responsible for these policies, and no refunds will be given for non-compliance.

Each evening features over 10 different shows, ensuring there’s always something to see, and our NOW website will show you live capacities of the shows taking place. All-Access pass holders can reserve seating for specific shows, additional fees may apply, but never more than half the price of an individual ticket, with dynamic pricing in effect. Information regarding reservations is sent to All-Access Pass Holders over email.

Your All-Access Pass is for you and you only, so be sure all your companions also purchase a pass for your whole party to enjoy. All-Access Pass holders without valid photo ID may be refused entry, with no refunds provided.
